Nightlife centres on Bugsy's Bar and The Count Room, while the Garden Bar handles the outdoor crowd. The Las Vegas Spa at the Flamingo covers deep tissue and foot massages, customised facials, aromatherapy, and seasonal specialty treatments.

The Flamingo's scale - 3,500 rooms across multiple towers - means the lobby moves a lot of people, and the gap between a quiet Tuesday afternoon and a Friday evening arrival is significant. Roving ambassadors with tablets handle check-out during peak periods, which keeps the front desk queues shorter but means your receipt arrives by email rather than in hand. The seven-story parking structure handles both self-parking and valet, but fills on busy weekends, at which point valet access may be limited to hotel guests and Caesars Rewards members. Caesars Rewards Platinum, Diamond, and Seven Star members park free. The Caesars Rewards desk is located off the main casino floor and tends to be quieter in the late morning than it is in the evenings.
