The blue hues and cool lights of Flare Bar almost make you feel like you're in some sort of aquarium where people can come by and watch you drink and play video poker. Of course, since it's in the middle of the casino, everyone is too focused on their gambling or getting to their destination to care about watching people drink. But the seats are comfortable enough that you can sit there all day and pretend to be the highlight of a show.
